1. Brush before you wash! It loosens up dirt, products, and tangles. Wet hair is more elastic, stretchy, then dry hair. Tangles on wet hair will cause more breakage and hair tearing. Wet hair brushing is damaging. Start brushing out the ends and work up to the scalp. Washing with your head upside down causes more tangles while the hair is wet. Tilt your head back and look up.
2. Let the conditioner sit in your hair while you wash your body, shave your legs,or soak in the tub. Use your fingers like a comb. Let it sit for over a minute. Rinse out with cool water.
3. Let your locks air dry over 50% before you blast the blow dryer thru your hair. Heat is damaging to the hair. Any surface that comes in contact with heat for long or consistent amounts of time will have damage.
I suggest using the LOMA Deep Conditioner. It's actually a 3 in one product!
Check out the wet brush for an even more gentle way to rush your hair.
