Salon Policies


Your appointment is very important to us, we understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the scheduled service time will result in being charged a rebooking fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that available appointment.


Late appointments in excess of 20 minutes and no shows will be considered cancellations as defined above. This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. 

If for any reason Superior Salon and Spa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

No Show

A person who makes an appointment but neither keeps it or cancels it.

 You will be charged a cancellation fee that must be paid prior to reserving another appointment. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.


Please let us know if you are going to be late prior to your appointment time. 


If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every guest's schedule that day.


Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. It could result in an incomplete service and affect the quality of your service, for which we do not ever feel comfortable doing. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session, ex: If a guest is too late to for their scheduled all over color, and there is only enough time to do a root retouch, the guest will still be charged the original all over color pricing. 

If your stylist is running behind for your appointment because of tardy guests, a lengthy blowdry, or an extensive color service, you will be notified immediately prior to arriving at the salon and a complimentary level 1 deep conditioning service will added to your next appointment.

Walk In

We accept walk in appointments.  Sometimes availability is limited.  There may be a wait time or you may need to schedule an appointment to come back in at a later time or date.

Minor and Child Policy

Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 8 may accompany you while you receive a service. We do not have the facilities to care for and keep watch at all times on children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment with sharp objects, hot objects, and chemicals. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.


During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service. 

A child or minor receiving a chemical or spa treatment must have consent from a parent. We may ask the parent or accompanying adult to stay for the full time of the appointment.


Prices listed in the Service Menu on our website are starting prices only. The price of your service may vary from the listed price based on the service(s) you receive, as well as the length and density of your hair. Pricing may vary for each stylist based on their level of experience along with the demands for their time. For exact pricing with your service provider, please directly contact your service provider. All prices subject to change and do not include sales tax or gratuity.

Payment for salon services is expected to be paid at the time of service. We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification.


We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Salon Gift Cards/Certificates, cash and check.

If your check can not be processed or is returned, you are responsible for a fee of thirty five dollars. This fee must be paid before rebooking another service.

Superior Salon and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please respect the right to a relaxing atmosphere

Remember to drink water after receiving any type of massage therapies

Please respect the parking lot, as Superior Salon and Spa has no control over snow removal or unauthorized parking.
